Order and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts VISA, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal payment
How do I cancel my order?

  • If your order status is on Order Placed:
  • Please log-in to your account and click the Cancel Order button on 'My Orders'
  • If your order status is on Processed or Shipped:
  • Unfortunately we cannot your process a refund because your package is now packing or have been shipped.
    Can I change my order or the information on the order?

    To change your order or the information on the order, please contact [email protected] immediately. Please note, it may be difficult to change your order once your order status is on Processed or Shipped.
    My order is missing, damaged or incorrect.

    If the products from your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to the refund policy. In this case, Wishtrend will issue a refund and the customers will not be responsible for the delivery fee.
    How do I know if my order is confirmed?

    Once your payment has been confirmed we will send you an order confirmation email. Please check if you have received an email and if you have not we advise you to contact [email protected]
    I want to modify my order.

    Items, vouchers and shipping information/options can't be changed once the order has been placed. Cancelling is available only when its status is still "Order Placed". Please be informed that Re-purchasing may be difficult depdending on stocks after cancellation.
    I canceled an order and I was trying to reorder, but the promotion ended. Can I get the same benefits (discount rate, voucher, etc.)?

  • Once items are sold out or promotion period ended up, You can't get same benefits even if your cancelled order placed during the promotion.

  • If the product is already sold out or the promotion has ended at the time of reorder after cancellation, the promotion benefits received at the previous order cannot be applied.
  • I did not get my order.

  • Shippings may be delayed during this promotion period. You can check your order status in MY ACCOUNT-MY ORDERS.

  • Customs or your local carrier may be holding your parcel. We recommend you to contact customs or local carrier with your tracking no. (We will not be responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur)
  • Import Duties and Taxes

    Customers outside our local delivery areas (US, CA,) will pay applicable import, duty, and Customs fees as determined by your local government.

    Happy Earth does not offer refunds on international orders refused due to unpaid import-related costs.

    Shipping and order processing

    Where is my order shipped from and how long would it take?

    While all our products are made at our farm in Thailand, we do have a warehouse in the US and Canada. This would reflect on the shipping time.

    • For all US and CAD orders, our products will be sent out from either our US or Canada warehouse. It normally takes 3 business days to process your order. And you should receive it within one week.
    • For orders from other parts of the world, it will most likely be sent from our farm in Thailand. And it can take up to 2-3 weeks until the order arrives.
    What is the cost of shipping?

    Shipping costs range from $4.95 to $7, varying based on the destination. Once you've placed an order and entered your shipping information, our checkout page will clearly display the exact shipping cost for your order.
    Why don't you offer free shipping
    While we provide free shipping for US orders exceeding $50, being a smaller business limits our access to bulk shipping rates available to larger companies. Many companies embed shipping costs into product prices to offer "free shipping." While we've pondered this approach, instead of inflating product prices for "free shipping," we opt to keep shipping charges transparent.
    How to track my order?
    Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking detail.. You can also click track your order. If you need additional help, please reach out to our customer service team and they will be happy to assist.

    To edit or update your personal information sign into your account and click ‘My Account’. You can also manage your preferences on your account.
    How do I delete my account?

    How do I use my points to purchase products?

    You can use your Happy Eath Rewards at checkout to make a purchase. Apply the amount you would like to use on the ‘Reward’ section provided on the cart page. Please visit Rewards for more information
