October 10, 2016Bael Juice Ice Cream
Although we live in the village far from seven eleven and all that, we do not miss this icy sweetness goodies. Our version of ice cream is made of delicious bael juice, a fruit easily found at our farm. Here are some shots of how we make it!
Juicing
First, we open the hard bael shell and squeez the bael juice from the fruit inside. When cracked open, the burnt marmalade smell from the fruit is so good! Then we drain the juice from the seeds and get our icececream block ready.
Pour in the Mold
We gently pour the fruit in the block, either i's ice cream block or the bakery block, for us they both work great! :)
Freezing It
We make sure that the feezer has enough space for our treats. Then we put the bloks in the freezer. YUMM!
Wait Time
Waiting for the yum is the last thing we do. Wait...l But can't wait that long. lol.
