How it’s made: Proeh Curry

Proeh Curry or as Thais call it Kang Proeh is basically bamboo shoot curry in coconut milk. The trick is to find young bamboo shoots and make the proper curry paste. Later cook them all in coconut milk. As the rainy season is looking over Thailand, it is not that hard to find bamboo shoots around our farm. Let alone coconut which we have in abundance. Grandma manages to get all these local ingredients and make one for our liking.Come see what it says and hopefully, you can get a chance to come to try it out at our farm one day!
